Reincarnation is a very interesting doctrine held by some believers around the World.
Reincarnation is not a belief that mainstream Christianity accepts as doctrine since most christian believe in the resurrection and Mormonism is not an exception to that.
The Encyclopedia of Mormonism says:
Reincarnation refers to a theory that one spirit (life or soul) passes from one material body to another through repeated births and deaths, usually of the same species, often with ethical implications; thus the present life is viewed as only one of many. This theory is rejected by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Reincarnation – Encyclopedia of Mormonism
Mormons believe that we lived as spirits with our heavenly father when we were born and that we were sent to Earth to be tested.
Once we die we go to a place where all spirits go, that place doesn’t have an original name, it is called the spirit World.
In the Spirit World, we wait for the resurrection, that could take a while.
Once we are resurrected, we will get our bodies glorified and will be judged and God will determine if we go to Celestial, Telestial or Terrestrial kingdoms.
Yeah, there are kingdoms, If you ask me, it is kinda nice that Mormons give you more options to save your soul .
They also believe in Hell but it is kinda hard to get there since we have never had perfect evidence to back up what Mormonism teach.
I mean we have never seen God, Jesus, Angels and outstanding miracles similar to the ones in the Bible never happen.

Reincarnation vs Resurrection
My opinion is that if you can believe in resurrection without any proof, you also can believe in reincarnation without any proof.
I mean if you can believe that you die and go a Worlds where all spirits of people go.
Why is it so difficult to believe that you will live a second or third life as another human or even as another specie?
